Hi, I uploaded a QRDA I report with "Intervention Performed" and "Encounter Performed" entry in Patient Data QDM section without adding extension attribute in their template id tag. But Cypress Validation utility was not able to detect any errors. Similar issue is occurring for other sections too. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details. Moreover for any QRDA I report I upload, it is showing only 1 QRDA error. Thank you.
