CMS publishes population UUIDs for the EP eCQMs in CMS QRDA IG. For the 2016 reporting period, they are listed in the section “6.3 eCQM Specifications for Eligible Professionals Update June 2015 UUID List” of the 2016 CMS QRDA IG Appendix. However, this table does not include the "measure observation" UUID for CMS 179. I have tried repeatedly to get the SEVT to accept a QRDA III file for this measure, and the only error I get is related to this ID. I even went to Cypress's demo server (3.0.0), downloaded a "known good result", and uploaded it to SEVT, and received the same error. I would like to confirm that I have the correct ID before I ask SEVT to fix their bug. The value I believe to be correct is "88DFA937-4457-42F0-ABF7-0224C8DA5339".
