Certification depends on the choice of criteria (Cat I Record & Export, Cat III Import & Calculate, Report, Filter) and measures. If someone certify for Cat III I&C and chooses EH among their measures, they are required to export Cat III for those EH measures. For CMS submissions, QRDA-I is the only option for EH measures. However, because Cypress certify to the base QRDA IG, there isn’t a distinction like there is on the CMS side. The testing criteria are modular, so the only requirement is that you must choose at least either Cat I or Cat III certification. If you only want to export Cat I and use EH measures, you should not choose the Import and Calculate option when creating their tests.
