The correct conformance statement for CONF:PQRS_P0180 in the 2016 CMS QRDA IG Appendix is:
This high SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @value (CONF:PQRS_P0180).

The correct conformance statement for CONF:PQRS_P0180 in the 2016 CMS QRDA IG Appendix is: This high SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @value (CONF:PQRS_P0180).

For CONF:PQRS_P0180, the error message in the in "QRDA_Appendix2016" currently if worded as:

This low SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @value (CONF:PQRS_P0180).

However, the wording should be "high" and rather than "low" as follows:

This high SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @value (CONF:PQRS_P0180).
