I have validated QRDA 2015 CAT-I CMS154 file create following error.
//substanceAdministration[templateId/@root='2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.47']/author/time Invalid date and/or time format.

I have added new element author next to consumable element.
I have attached file name (TEST_YARDY_20151208051141.xml)
