How can we aggregate Patient count as per Payer with Effective time data. Because 100 patient's may have 100 different Effective time(low value, high value), so it will increase the file size and sections accordingly. Can you please let us know how to aggregate patient count against payers or is reporting date or null flavor is OK for CMS.
