We had one customer of ours when submitting QRDA III to Quality Net (CMS Portal), that they were unfortunately declined because of the "PQRS_10713" error. Even though the QRDA Validator stated that the file was successful during our MU Stage 2 Certification. This still is the case after testing against the validator tool.

Now that the deadline has passed, how do we move forward to make sure 100% that the QRDA III is correctly accepted for our customer base since we seem to be getting two different responses from the Validator Tool via the ONC and the Quality Net (CMS Portal).

If you would like a sample QRDA III file please let us know and we can supply this file to test against any internal validation tool you may have.
