All measures included in the QRDA-III reports that are submitted to the SEVT tool have to be one of the valid eCQMs for the 2014 reporting year (assume that if you are referring to the 2014 reporting year). If a measure in your report has a version specific measure identifier that is not a valid eCQM for the 2014 reporting year, the QRDA-III file will be rejected.

Our EHR has 16 CQM measures. Whenever a QRDA cat-3 file is generated for thes CQM measures, generated QRDA Cat-3 file will contain the data for all these 16 CQM measures.

But we want to use only 15 of these CQMs for PQRS reporting. Hence for PQRS reporting, would it fine if we send the QRDA cat-3 file which contains all these 16 CQM measures ? Would the receiving system have the capability to filter out the CQM which is not applicable for PQRS program and consider only the applicable measures (15 measures)?
