Is there anything changed for QRDA Category III validation since yesterday? We have passed several CQMs cat III tests using the test data generated this week. However, we encountered log in issue and had to register again yesterday. Using the new test data and the same program, the cat III files we generated always got errors like (for CMS122) “Could not find entry for measure 40280381-4555-E1C1-0145-90AC70DE2C73 with the following population ids

”. However, these ids are there in the file we submitted for validation. Similar files have been validated and passed the Cat III tests. Since today, for all cat III files we submitted, the error is always like "population ids not found".
