I needed clarification and specific implementation guidance on how to capture and populate the Procedure Rank attribute. 

 Question is for above Inpatient eCQM measures(CMS108, CMS190, CMS1218) where CQL mentions of Procedure Rank.

Referring to QDM-226 and QDM-239, is the intent to use claims data UB-04 field 74 to identify procedure rank? or any other field in claims, if u can mention?

If not, how is it intended to be captured? as currently clinicians do not document procedure rank during clinical care - it has no clinical significance in care delivery workflows.  

Any guidance on how to capture this information would be really helpful.
