Female (finding)| SNOMEDCT code : 248152002

Male (finding)| SNOMEDCT code: 248153007

This was newly introduced in 2026.

When we downloaded the QRDA-1 files from Cypress, The gender representation in QRDA-1 is as follows.

But we don’t find any reference in the QRDA-1 specifications mentioned in HL7 website on this.

Could you please let us know if we need to update the QRDA-1 in the same structure as specified in QRDA-1 file downloaded from Cypress? If yes, could you please share us with the reference document/ Implementation guide.
