      We have files being rejected for IQR eCQM submission due to "QRDA file size exceeds (10) MB (CONF:CMS 0078). Epic has stated there is nothing that can be done on their end. The patient was in the hospital for 3 years. What is the recommendation for this? Should the file be deleted from the QRDA file?
