Please provide the clarification for the following QRDA III submission for 2025 for the following scenarios.

QRDA III - Race category

Scenario 1: 

Per the HL7 and CMS IG , we are in need to provide the counts for the following category.

Say, if a Patient has more than one race ,which do not fall in OMB Standard in this case should we count that member as "OTHER RACE" ?

Scenario 2 :

Say , if a patient has 2 race , say he is Asian and White , then in QRDA III file , should we count this member twice or count this member in "OTHER RACE" ?

Scenario 3:

Per, eCQM Logic and Implementation Guidance document , should we publish the count for UNK and ASKU only for QRDA I or is it applicable for QRDA III as well?

QRDA III - Administrative Gender

Per HL7 and CMS IG , for Administrative gender , we are required provide counts for Male and Female , where as in  eCQM Logic and Implementation Guidance document , it is mentioned to include the demographic rule from 2015 Edition Certification Rule , which includes UNK as well. Pls clarify should we include UNK and ASKU for QRDA III - admin.sex as well.
