      Hello.  We are introducing Group Reporting or EP/EC in our application. I need assurance my understanding of the requirements ofr includuing NPI.

      1. QRDA1 file for Group should include ALL  NPI for providers in the Group - even if they did not see the patient personally. 

      example: Dr. Adams, Dr. Jones and Dr. Smith belong to Group. Patient is seen by Dr. Adams and Dr Jones in 2025.   When Group QRDA1 is created it should still include QRDA1 for Dr. Smith (All providers in Group)
