      Hello JIRA,

       

      I have a question on the greater than (> ) and less than (<) symbols.  Are these symbols appropriate for QRDA structure and formatting?  Will these be submitted properly?  I am concerned about the hybrid measures specifically.

       

      The specs say to capture the first value (in the timeframe).

      Can you clarify that we should capture this “value”? and not the first whole integer?
