This is our first year submitting as part of an ACO.  We recently discovered that our Epic patient-level file runs do not generate all of the QRDA I files for our patients.  We only have ~75% of what we need to send to our ACO. 

Epic is currently troubleshooting this issue, but I know of 2 other orgs in this situation so close to submission.

Wondering what our options are if we cannot find a solution.  If many orgs are in this situation, will CMS extend the deadline?  Or should we ask for a hardship exemption?
