We are consolidating data for an MSSP ACO and creating a QRDA III file that will eventually be used for the MIPS APM APP submission.  The data consolidation process across the ACO involves multiple practices on different systems/EHRs.  There are cases where patients exist in more than one system with slightly different demographic values, such as RACE.  We have the capability of linking patients from different systems together but we're wondering what the best practice for dealing with conflicting values such as RACE when we go to stratify the population within the QRDA format.
