We are creating QRDAIII files for an eventual MSSP APM APP submission.  We're trying to understand what values we should be passing as the CMS Program ID (OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.249.7).  Specifically, should we be using MIPS_APP1_APMENTITY or MIPS_APMENTITY or something else entirely?  Is there a difference between the two MIPS APMENTITY varieties?
