Companies certifying 170.314(c)(4) CQM Filter can attest that their certified module meets the HTI-1 update. In the Certification Companion Guide (CCG) for §170.315(c)(4) Clinical quality measures (CQMs) — filter, "Paragraph (c)(4)(iii)(G) Patient sex" indicates HL7 v3 AdministrativeGender will be phased out on January 1, 2026. It mentions that "Sex must be coded in accordance with [...] SNOMED CT".

Current versions of QRDA 1 specs indicate usage of AdministrativeGender value set. Additionally the three EH measures currently available for 2026 reporting specify the use of "ONC Administrative Sex" value set using the AdministrativeGender code system.

If SNOMED CT is intended to replace AdministrativeGender, where do we put it in the QRDA files?
