Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

I started uploading the QRDA 1 files for mandatory submission of Hybrid Measures for the upcoming deadline of October 1, 2024. There were a small number of files that were rejected because of this error message: How do I go about getting those rejected files fixed?

Either the Patient HICN or MBI is required for hybrid measure/Core Clinical Data Elements (CCDE) submissions (CONF:CMS_0084).
