Hi Team,

We updated the 2024 ecqm measures GUIDs and the Population ids from the latest specifications given by the CMS

We observed that the measure CMS117v12 and CMS177v12 IPOP, Denom, Denex, Numerator population ids are same for both the measures.

When we upload the QRDA III file into the cypress tool (Version 7.3.1) it gives me the error messesge as "Population 1BF7CD8D-B257-401E-ABF7-252DABA0D209 for Measure 2C928084-82EA-D7C5-0182-FF64C38D094F reported more than once".

We belive that the two measures will not have the same population ids.

We updated the ids as per CMS only.

Please help us with this matter.
