Working with a client and their ACO, we were informed that we had a small handful of templateIds that were either missing or had old extensions in our QRDA1 files, that are marked as SHALL in the CMS Implementation guide, that Cypress is not erroring out on when we submit test files. This templateIds include:
"2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.1.3" with an extension order than "2022-02-01"
"2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.2.1.1" was missing completely
"2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.17.2.1.1" was missing completely
as well as others.
Can you tell me why Cypress isn't throwing errors when we submit our QRDA1 files and the above missing or incorect?
