We are looking for some clarification for the externalDocument section on what OIDs can be considered for 1..*. In the HL7 guide on page 231 there is an example that we see the version specific ID "2.16.840.1.113883.4.738", NQF OID, "2.16.840.1.113883.3.560.1", and the eMeasure Authoring tool Identifier "2.16.840.1.113883.3.560.101.2". Are these the only three options that could occur or should others be included?
