In looking at the specifications for the two hybrid measures: CMS-529 HWR and CMS-844 HWM, we see two value sets below.  Can you confirm any value within these value sets are acceptable for the source of payment on our QRDA-1 files?  We are specifically looking to confirm 1-Medicare is an acceptable SOP.

• "Patient Characteristic Payer: Medicare payer" using "Medicare payer (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1104.10)"
• "Patient Characteristic Payer: Payer" using "Payer (2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.3591)"
