Hi team,

After relaxing the telephone and email requirement from SHALL to SHOULD in the v1.2 release on 23rd March, we would like to get a confirmation if it is allowed to report a patient's telephone and/or email address as unknown. If so, is this mentioned in the schema or Schematron files?

Also confirming if the below syntax would be accurate for a patient which does not have any value for email and telephone.
