Impact:
Issue in a timely submission.

Our EHR vendor is providing an update to the QRDA 1 files later February. The issue is - the QRDA1 files are not providing the description to the codes associated with some of the LOINC codes in the file. If our vendor is having issues inputting the descriptions to any codes in the XML file(s) is this something that will cause an issue with our submission and the performance rates?
