Showing increased Denominator Exclusion counts

We have been working on our CMS-506 submission. Our QRDA produces results that show duplicates for some cases. These duplicates are ONLY for Denominator Exclusions. For example, in some instances a case will have duplicate because the patient was both "referred or admitted to hospice care" as well as "diagnosed with cancer". It appears if a case meets multiple exclusionary criteria the QRDA produces a row for each. Again, this is ONLY for Denominator Exclusions.
Does this matter since they're excluded from the population anyway? I reached out to CMS but they referred me here.
Thank you.
