      Good afternoon,

      We have been testing our QRDA-I files for 2022 and are getting an error.  We submitted 1630 files.  All were accepted except 3 of them, which were rejected with error code CMS_0073.  I can't seem to figure out why they are being rejected since those 3 files were generated at the same time as all the others, and since they have all of the prescribed components listed for this error in the implementation guide:

      <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="cda.xsl"?><ClinicalDocument xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="urn:hl7-org:v3" xmlns:voc="urn:hl7-org:v3/voc" xmlns:sdtc="urn:hl7-org:sdtc" xsi:schemaLocation="urn:hl7-org:v3 ../../../CDASchema/CDA.xsd"><!-- Vendor Report Version: 61_2022RY_MUeCQMReports_1.00.sql | Vendor Software Version: 2.10 | ValueSetVersion: eCQM Update 2021-05-06 -><realmCode code="US"/><typeId root="2.16.840.1.113883.1.3" extension="POCD_HD000040"/><!- US Realm Header (V3) -><templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.1.1" extension="2015-08-01"/><!- QRDA Category I Framework (V4) -><templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.1.1" extension="2017-08-01"/><!- QDM-Based QRDA (V7) -><templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.1.2" extension="2019-12-01"/><!- QRDA Category I Report - CMS (V7) --><templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.1.3" extension="2020-02-01"/>

      The file that was submitted was also not empty and was formatted as XML.  Any ideas why we are seeing this rejection for just a few files?

      Thanks!

      Liz
