CMS Payer Grouping - QRDA III

      In QRDA III file, for CMS payer grouping, there are four groups mentioned in the implementation guide for PY 2022. The value set file for payer has more than 9 codes and they are not grouped for QRDA III as per the attached sheet. 

      My question to you is , how can we map the CMS payer grouping with the codes? I have attached a screenshot for your understanding.

      We are required to add the payer grouping and codes in payer supplemental data section in our QRDA III.
