Hello, we will have two quarters of hospital eCQM data on one EHR system.  The vendor will help us get the QRDA I files for each of these quarters.  We will also have them test the files.

We will transition to a new EHR vendor end of July and plan to get 4th quarter data so we have all 3 quarters of data as required for 2022.

Since there is no merging of data to create a QRDA I file during the Q3 transition period, since we are avoiding using Q3.  Do we simply submit the various QRDA I files, each quarter separately?  2 quarters of QRDA I files from legacy vendor and 1 quarter from new vendor?
