Description

Hi,

We need a confirmation if the LOINC code for a Birthtimevalue needs to be included in the QRDA export file.

As per our understanding, the CMS IG 2022 & Sample file for QRDA I 2022 has only the birthtimevalue and no LOINC code against it.
