Received an email from QNET, which states they had reviewed our submission status reports, and our hospital had not reported at least four electronic clinical quality measures for two selected quarters.  I have the confirmations of what was in the QRDA files submitted along with the numbers and percentages.

I am not sure what to do to correct this issue.
