Hi, 

When it comes to Laboratory test order, cypress is passing even when <templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.44" extension="2014-06-09"/> is not present in the template. 

Here in this example of CMS22, Cypress patient: 22_Duane_Lyons, the above templateId and extension is removed (Planned observation), and Cypress is passing it. 

Is this how its supposed to be? As per HL7 5.2, Laboratory Test Order conforms to Planned Observation (v2) and this templateId and extension is a SHALL condition.
