Based on the TICKET opened with PCF Telligen (Ticket Number - PCFO-32306), attached are few questions and their corresponding answers. Seems like CVU for PCF is passing a QRDA III file (example: Practice site id of 7 characters) by not honoring the PCF validation rules.
