      Not sure what is the appropriate component, QRDA I Standard or QRDA III Standard.

       

      Regarding eCQM files for 1-2Q2021 data, will a file be rejected if it contains more than 1 principal procedure code. Please note the files in question have only 1 principal diagnosis code.
