    • Getting error as rejected which

      We uploaded QRDA CAT 1 files for reporting period 2021 (Q1 and Q2) on November 1st, 2021 for validation on QualityNet portal but it shows rejected in submission reports with the following error details:

      The document does not conform to QRDA document formats accepted by CMS (CONF:CMS_0073).

       

      We tried uploading files multiple times from October but got the same error. Uploading structure of our generated file for your review, please verify and let me know how can we resolve the error.
