Confidentiality and 'CodeSystemName' information

      Is the 'codeSystemName' needed when including information about the confidentiality Code in the QRDA I file? When reviewing the sample files provided  for 2022 reporting period (attached), only one of the files has the 'codeSystemName', but the other one does not. Please clarify if the 'codeSystemName' is optional. Thanks.
