Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

As an example, the numerator of MUCD-44 requires to calculate the percentage of hyperglycemic day, which involves first identifying the measureable days, and of the measureable days, identify those with hyperglycemia. Then a percentage is calculated using (days with hyperglycemia) divided by (total number of measurable days).

“Divided by” was a function supported in QDM v.3.0, but it is not supported in MAT anymore as far as we know. Is there an alternative way to express the division?
