      During discussion of QDM-72, members of the user group commented that the "Patient Characteristic Birthdate" data type should probably only have a single "datetime" attribute, rather than the existing "start datetime" and "stop datetime" attributes.

      There are likely more cases like this, so QDM datatypes should be reviewed for the appropriate use of datetime attributes.
