Clarification on timing attribute cardinality

      Hello,

      QDM v5.6 Table 5 lists several QDM datatypes where both relevantDatetime and relevantPeriod are available timings, such as "Assessment, Performed" and "Laboratory Test, Performed". Table 29 then lists the cardinality for each of these attributes to be 0.. 1. However, the guidance does not explicitly state the cardinality of timing attributes per a QDM datatype instance.

      Can there ever be an instance of a QDM datatype where values for both relevantDatetime and relevantPeriod (either low or high or both) are reported?
