Hello,

I just downloaded latest value set file for QM 2019.

The value set file was of eCQM Value Sets for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Clinicians Published September 17, 2018

In that value set file for CMS65v8 the Denominator Exclusion condition we do not have a Value Set Name as "Discharged to Home for Hospice Care" and "Discharged to Health Care Facility for Hospice Care" while in CMS guidelines it states that to achieve Denominator Exclusion these values are required in the form of procedure. 

Hence could you please guide us here.
