In doing a comparison of the three eCQM Measure Logic Guidance and Implementation documents for April 2014, June 2015 and April 2016 there are instructions about the precedence of operators. #1 in these instructions talks about an "event code" matching a "value set code". I have searched everywhere for a definition for the "event code" and have been unable to find anything which states something about "event code". I searched in the QDM, HQMF, C-CDA documents for a definition. I think I know what it is, based on prior knowledge of C-CDA and HQMF, but I would love a definition so if anyone asks for an explanation I can give it.
