      I have a case where the patient is failing the STK6 measure even though the following EPIC allergy documentation is present in the chart under the Allergy Section:
      Upon medication mapping review, apparently all individual statin medications are mapped, but it appears that CMS does not have a broad Rxnorm code for statins as a class as a whole

      Is it possible to request a Rxnorm code for the statin class as a whole please ?"
