      Good afternoon,

I am an analyst from Montefiore working on CMS 349v4, and I'm writing this email in regards to an issue with the spec written for eCQM CMS 349v4 (HIV Screening).

In the Terminology section,  the code "HIV 1 and 2 tests" - Meaningful Use set" ("LOINC Code (75622-1)") is listed explicitly, yet it is already included in the value-set "Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Laboratory Test Codes (Ab and Ag)" (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1056.50). How can I go about creating a ticket to have this corrected to avoid future confusion? (e.g., have only one value set listed or explicitly state in the spec that "HIV 1 and 2 tests" is already included in the value-set)

Is this code explicitly listed this way only because it is to be used as a default code for patients who present providers with non-standard/emr-structured HIV test documentation?

      Thank you.

      Best Regards,

      Jeff Coismain
