I strongly oppose the draft Mathematica/CMS " Non-recommended PSA based screening" clinical quality measure. Based on my family history (father and grandfather both died of PC and my older brother had the start of PC before he died. I STRONGLY support access to PSA testing for men who need it based upon age relative to risk factors!!!!!!!! I began getting PSA tests at 40 and have had PSA levels as high as 16. I have been very proactive with diet, exercise and many supplements and so far so good.( I have also had 3 biopsies and a prostate MRI
