According to eCQM WG meeting, I simplified the logic by replacing Date from() with "day of".  As Bryn's confirmation, both function returns same results. But I noticed some bonnie cases results have been changed due to this change. Please compare the following 2 cases' results in 2 versions - V0 with Date From() and CMS108FHIRV0 with Day of.
