See attachment for referenced exhibits. Prior to the Bonnie upgrade on 7/19, all 119 test cases passed for CMS1028V9 (Severe Obstetric Complications). After the upgrade, only 71/119 cases are passing. After doing some digging, I realized that what was causing the test cases to fail was the fact that the Estimated Delivery date Attribute Result was specified only as a date (See Exhibit A) and not as a date/time (See Exhibit B). See test case LAST NAME: DENOMPass and FIRST NAME: AssPrfDELRelvDt_EQIPStart as an example. Clinically, it makes more sense that an Estimated Due Date (EDD) would be expressed simply as a date and not a date/time. I am not sure what changed in Bonnie that these cases are now failing. But it did make me rethink my logic which specifies the result type as DateTime (see Exhibit C). When I change the result type to just Date, I get errors in MAT (see Exhibit D) even though Date is an allowable type per the CQL Specification v1.5.1 (see Exhibit E).
