As the question states, I'm wondering if it is possible to make a field value have a different duration than the field that it is a part of. The CMS178v4 denominator logic requires

"Occurrence A of Procedure, Performed: Indwelling urinary catheter" during "Occurrence A of Encounter, Performed: Encounter Inpatient
AND
"Occurrence A of Procedure, Performed: Indwelling urinary catheter" ends after end of "Occurrence A of Encounter, Performed: Encounter Inpatient (facility location: 'ICU Locations')"

Since both of these are dealing with Occurrence A of Encounter, Performed: Encounter Inpatient, the only way I can think to satisfy both is if the time in the ICU is less than the entire Encounter.

I've attached a screenshot of what I thought would work, but I had no luck.
