After deleting and re-including FHIRHelpers library, despite it showing as version 4.0.001 during the include or when viewed individually, it shows as version 4.0.000 in the CQL Library Editor and the TJCOverall library saves with an error.

The error export says:

*******************************************************************************************************************/

The version of the library to look at is TJCOverallFHIR v1.3.000 draft
