Not Performed not registering in CMS143v3

    • My team is trying to create test patients for every population in every measure and this cannot be done if we cannot have a patient fall into the denominator exceptions of CMS143v3

      The 'Not Performed' option for 'Diagnostic Study, Result: Cup to Disc Ratio' and 'Diagnostic Study, Result: Optic Disc Exam for Structural Abnormalities' doesn't seem to be working in CMS143v3. As you can see in the image I attached, I have selected 'Not Performed' and the logic on the right isn't satisfied. I am positive I have the element starting during one of the encounters listed as well.
